The gorgeous bottle is perfect for New Year’s celebrations!

This is a sake I enjoyed in January 2025. “Oze no Yukidoke” is a renowned sake from Gunma Prefecture, known for its rich ginjo aroma and slightly sweet, smooth profile.

This isn’t just any “Oze no Yukidoke,” though. This is the limited edition “New Year’s Brew,” released only in December each year. It’s part of the brewery’s “Thank You” project, and they use a special 39% rice polishing ratio. It’s a premium sake, but surprisingly affordable!

Isn’t the bottle just stunning? It’s the perfect centerpiece for a New Year’s gathering with family and friends. The elegant aroma and gentle sweetness will make the celebration even more special.
