This is a super limited Occasional series brewed only once a year by Kankiku Meijo in Sanbu, Chiba Prefecture.

The moment I saw the words written on the label, I was captivated. The red label, like a jewel, seems to be talking to me.
Kankiku’s bottles are all really lovely. This Red Diamond also caught my eye with its red label, and I picked it up without thinking. Of course, I’ve drunk it many times before, and I know how delicious it is, so I can rest assured. It’s also a nice point that you can pick it up with confidence.
ASK Aiyama?
Looking at the back label, I noticed a word.
“100% Hyogo Prefecture ASK Aiyama used”
Huh? ASK Aiyama? I was curious and looked it up, but couldn’t find any detailed information. Maybe it’s a modified type of Aiyama.

My favorite Aiyama
Aiyama is a special rice for me. It is characterized by its sweetness and rich aroma, and is often used for Junmai Ginjo and other types of sake.
