On the day of Risshun, which is considered the first day of spring on the calendar, a special sake is brewed simultaneously at breweries all over Japan. This is Risshun Asashibori. I was able to enjoy Risshun Asashibori Tenranzan Junmai Ginjo Namazake Usunigori. This sake is a Japanese sake of the brand "Tenranzan" brewed by Igarashi Sake Brewery in Hanno City, Saitama Prefecture. It is characterized by the use of Ginginga rice, which is rare in Saitama Prefecture. It has a mellow sweetness and a refreshing sourness that harmonize to create a very pleasant taste. It is recommended to enjoy it slowly as an aperitif."
