I revisited the sake bar Kuri Ginza for the first time in seven years and enjoyed an unforgettable night of sake tasting with friends. We sampled 27 different varieties, including the elegant Shinshu Kirei, the surprising Edo Kaijo brewed in central Tokyo with treated tap water, and Aramasa Tenagara with its refined kimoto style. An evening of sake, connection, and gratitude.
